Despite the scrutiny she faces, Jolie has remained committed to her work as an actress and humanitarian. In 2013, she underwent a preventive double mastectomy after discovering she carried the BRCA1 gene, which significantly increases the risk of developing breast and ovarian cancer. She has since become an advocate for women's health and has spoken publicly about her decision to undergo the procedure.

In 2019, Jolie returned to acting in the film "Maleficent: Mistress of Evil," which she also produced. She has several upcoming projects, including the films "Those Who Wish Me Dead" and "Eternals."

Overall, Angelina Jolie Voight is an accomplished actress, filmmaker, and humanitarian who has dedicated much of her life to advocating for the rights of refugees and displaced persons, as well as women's rights and conservation efforts.
